Ted Ganung is an exceptional DJ, producer and musician. Ted previously lived in Hawaii where he attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa, surfed and played in local reggae bands. Currently based in New York City, Ted is a DJ/ Producer / Remixer – and also a label manager at VP Records, the world’s largest reggae label. In 2019, Ted released the captivating Seaside Villas Riddim.
Ted’s set – inspired by his visit to Tenerife and beach “Playa De La Vistas” incorporates Spanish guitar, salsa, 60s Soul, reggae and his original production “Tribal Dance” – equaling great breezy beach vibes! The set is rounded out by two additional tracks produced by Ted. A particularly interesting track from the playlist is “El Cuarto De Tula” – a salsa track with sassy trumpets and featuring reggaeton, reggae and salsa style vocals! This song is from the album “Havana Meets Kingston.”
